- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Andrew Lee dentist takes customer care to the next level. I had a very painful abscess on my tooth. Went to Warwick General Hospital and after an agonising hour wait was told they couldn't help me, phone 111. So I did and was told that they couldn't help either me phone a dentist. So much for the caring NHS, they couldn't give a damn. I got Andrew Lee's number from Google and because it was almost midday on a Saturday I had resigned myself to an extremely uncomfortable, painful weekend. I phoned Andrew Lee....... What a difference!! Right from the start it was obvious that this was a dentist surgery that seriously cares about their patients, even though, at that time, I wasn't one. They gave me a same day appointment and two hours later my abscess was sorted. No pain!! No grief!!
